The Space:

Your Fayetteville retreat features an open‑concept living area with comfortable seating, a smart TV and a dining bar that seats four. Upstairs are two serene bedrooms with queen beds and crisp linens; the primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk‑in shower, while a second full bath (tub/shower combo) serves the home. A queen sofa bed in the living room provides extra sleeping space.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive access to the entire condo and can check themselves in via a secure smart‑lock code sent before arrival. Free parking is available behind the building, plus street parking out front.



The Neighborhood:

Your condo is just a 15–20 minute walk (about 0.8 mile) to the University of Arkansas campus and a 20–25 minute walk (about 1.1 mile) to Razorback Stadium. Dickson Street’s restaurants, bars and shops are only a few minutes away by car or a short stroll. Nearby attractions include the Botanical Garden of the Ozarks (17 min drive), Lake Fayetteville (19 min drive), Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art (35 min drive) and Northwest Arkansas National Airport (38 min drive).



Getting Around:

Park for free on‑site or on the street outside the condo. Walk or rent bikes around campus and downtown, or use rideshare services like Lyft and Uber. If you need a car, local rental agencies are nearby.

Perfect Weekend

We had a long weekend with our daughter before she graduates and this property was perfect! The kitchen had everything I needed to cook all of her favorite meals. The condo is just outside of the campus so getting to downtown Fayetteville and UArk was a quick trip. Thank you for a great property!

Having stayed at lots of VRBOs, I can not think of one thing we would change to this place. Probably the best-stocked condo ever! Might not be optimal if you have difficulty with stairs….It was super-clean too! Will stay here again a hundred times over!

Perfect Condo on College

The property was perfect and close to the campus, trail and downtown. We could walk to get food and coffee and easily access the trail. Walgreens is across the street if you forgot anything. The condo was clean and cozy. The property felt new and inviting. The host was very easy to communicate with and made our stay smooth. We loved the vibe and location. Parking was also ideal and there was a space to store bikes. We would definitely come back.
