The staff were amazing. Check in was a breezes. The staff helped me correct my reservation and allowed me to check in early. I was in town for a funeral. The bedding was squeaky, The beds had dips in them. there was hair on the bedding and the floor. I was in a room with a connecting door. The guests in the room connected were sooooo loud. I was happy to leave at 7am.

Good for a quick stay

Our stay was ok. The hotel is very modern and nicely decorated. Typical hotel Breakfast is included. Our requests were quickly accommodated by staff. The negatives- if your room faces McPherson Church Road, there’s a lot of noise from passing traffic at night. Very low water pressure. Cleaning was just ok. Room could’ve been cleaned better. You can tell hotels cuts corners. No closets, tubs, or dressers so I would not recommend for longer stays

1st room 513 assigned could not shut or lock door from inside. 2nd room 401 assigned refrigerator made a loud sound constantly. 3rd room assigned king size bed facing tv had a big dip, not helpful for my back. I chose to sleep on the side by the window so not to fall in the dip. The water pressure was horrible.

My issue is with both Tru Hotel and Expedia for booking a sold out hotel! I travelled 10 hours with my family. I had a gut feeling to check everything was good. It was 10pm and I contacted Tru. The lady said “oh we were just about to call that it’s sold out.” It took TWO HOURS to find another place last minute. Do better!!!!
