The holiday flat is located in an apartment building constructed in 1990, was renovated in 2016, and is furnished in the typical local style. The property is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a residential area. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, garden shower, barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Laundry room for shared use.

Fažana. The holiday flat is located on a 1500 sqm enclosed plot with flowers and shrubs. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The flat faces a quiet street or the side of the pool. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from early May to mid-October, 5.5 m x 8 m, 1.4 m deep). Children’s pool (diameter 1.5 m, 0.40 m deep). Pets are not allowed in the pool area and in the breakfast restaurant.
