Guests will be asked to pay the following charges at the property:

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply all year round. Other exemptions or reductions may apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 January to 14 May, EUR 1.50 per person, per night
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 May to 14 September, EUR 2.30 per person, per night
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 15 September to 31 December, EUR 1.50 per person, per night
• Deposit is payable by bank transfer and is due within 72 hours of booking the reservation.

The fees and deposits listed below will be charged at the time of service, check-in, or check-out.

• Pet fee: EUR 15 per pet, per day
• Service animals are exempt from fees
• Late check-out fee: EUR 30 (subject to availability)
• Crib (infant bed) fee: EUR 15.0 per stay

• Reservations are needed for massage services. For reservations, contact the apartment before arrival using the contact information on the booking confirmation.
• One child aged 3 years old or younger stays free in the same room as the parent or guardian when using existing bedding.
