Located just a few minutes from the coast of Cala d'Or, this charming villa for 8 people is the perfect retreat for a peaceful holiday in the countryside without giving up the sea.
The incredible outdoor area of the house features a spacious 9x4-metre saltwater pool with a depth of up to 2 metres, surrounded by lawn, sun loungers and parasols where you can relax in the sun. In addition, the villa has a furnished porch with tables and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining, as well as a terrace offering several charming corners where you can enjoy a drink at sunset or a relaxing evening beside the built-in barbecue.

Moving inside, the villa combines a functional design with a cosy atmosphere that will make you feel at home. Distributed over two floors, it consists of a spacious living room with Smart TV, a separate dining room with space for all guests and a modern kitchen fully equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils to cook like at home. To complete the ground floor, there is a bedroom with two single beds and a full bathroom with shower. Going up to the first floor, you will find the 3 remaining bedrooms; two with double beds and one with two single beds. All rooms are air-conditioned. Up to 2 cots and 2 high chairs are available on request. Finally, the house has a laundry area, iron and ironing board.

S'Horta is a small and charming village in the interior of Mallorca, ideal for those looking to disconnect in a rural and authentic environment. Surrounded by hills, farmland and tranquillity, it is just a few minutes' drive from Cala d'Or, a lively seaside destination with restaurants, shops and a beautiful harbour. From here, you have easy access to some of the most beautiful coves of the island, such as Cala Sa Nau, Cala Mitjana or Cala Mondragó, all with crystal clear waters and unique natural landscapes.

Please note that the road to the entrance is shared with another property but in the house you have total privacy.
