This semi-detached holiday home offers a spacious open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar and adjoining dining area. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) and a separate shower room. Stone stairs lead to the upper floor. To the right is a lovely bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower room. Another step leads to a large, comfortable living room. To the right of the living room is a large shower room, and to the left is the third bedroom: a spacious room with a double bed and many windows offering views of the surrounding area.

The annex features a dining room with a vaulted ceiling and an open-plan kitchen with a breakfast bar. It also has a bedroom with a double bed and a shower room. On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers.

The pool (11 m x 5 m) and garden are just as impressive as the interior of the house. The pool offers a beautiful view of San Salvador Mountain. Beautiful property but a few drawbacks

The property was perfect for what we wanted- space, quiet, lovely pool. However two major drawbacks- 2 bedrooms and three bathrooms suffer from a strong sewage smell and air conditioning not consistent or timely ( trip switch needed continual resetting). Also access to the property was not possible until 6pm on the first day.

Sehr schöne und große Finca

Für unsere Gruppe (elf Personen, davon sechs Kinder) das richtige Haus. Sehr sauber bei Ankunft, sehr schöner Garten mit tollen Pflanzen und großem Pool und einer Außenküche mit Pizzaofen und Grill. An den Details kann man noch arbeiten: mal wieder neue Matratzen kaufen wäre nicht schlecht, auch die Ausstattung der Küche könnte mal wieder erneuert werden. Daher gab es keine volle Punktzahl. Aber wir kommen wieder!

Slidt, beskidt og dårlige senge

Vores bedste forældre ankom et par dage før resten af familien og de kunne starte med at gøre køkken rent, feje og lufte ud, der luftede af mug, og gammel klorak. Vi fik det bedste ud af ophold trods, rotter, vandskade, opvask maskinen i det ene køkken ( hoved køkken virkede ikke første 3 dage. Alle brusehoveder kalket til og efter 14 dage blev pool renset selvom vi bad om det flere gange. Huset trænger til en opfriskning og gennemgang Huset er svarende til 2 stjernet hotel og pool får 5 stjerner - som var den bedste ved hus. Vi følte os meget skuffede og gentagne gange lovet en rengøring der aldrig kom, dagen vi skulle hjem kom både pool mand & rengøring. Og husk egne håndklæder, viskestykker og en handymand. Vi Glemte at skrive air.con heller ikke virkede i det ene rum og heller ikke blev fixet mens vi var der. Yderligere er der automatik på air.con og pool lys tændes først 23.00 så ingen børn kan få glæde af det. Bare ærgerligt!

Ruhige, großzügig ausgestattete Finca in schöner Lage

Die Finca ist für größere Familien und Gruppen, die eine naturnahe, ruhige Unterkunft abseits vom Touristenrummel suchen der perfekte Ort. Die beiden getrennten Gebäude im Landhausstil bieten reichlich Platz und eine gemütliche, individuelle Atmosphäre. Die Ausstattung inkl. umfangreicher Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, Grillstelle im wunderbar gepflegten Garten mit großem Pool, Tischtennisraum etc. bietet alles, um sich hier rundum wohl zu fühlen. Da die Finca recht einsam liegt, ist ein Auto sinnvoll für Einkäufe und Ausflüge ans Meer und in die reizvolle Umgebung. Die Vermieter und die Hausverwaltung sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Hoftor und die Eingangstüren sollten stets sorgfältig verschlossen werden, um möglichen Diebstählen vorzubeugen.
