Country House 'Can Jeroni Petit' located between Portocolom and Cala D'Or, is only about 1 km away from the beautiful sandy beach of Cala Sa Nau and near the Vall D'Or golf course. It is an ideal starting point for the holidaymaker seeking peace and quiet, who wants to reach the beach and holiday resort conveniently and quickly.
Ground floor:
Here there is a large living room with TV and two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) and a sofa bed for one person, another with a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm) and a disabled-friendly shower room. The house has a living area of 250 sqm.
First floor:
You reach the first floor via an outdoor staircase. This floor is equipped with three bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and the other two with two single beds (90 cm x 190 cm) each. All three bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom, one of which has a whirlpool bath. There is also an additional guest toilet, another living/dining area with satellite TV, a fully equipped kitchen, and a covered terrace of around 40 sqm. From the large, covered terrace you have a beautiful sea view.
The accommodation is conveniently located: beaches are just a 20-minute walk or a 5-minute drive, the golf course is 15 minutes by car, and a town with all essential services is only 5 minutes away by car.
