This is a lovely house in a location that, quite simply, offers the best of both worlds - a private swimming pool surrounded by picturesque gardens, yet within walking distance of one of Mallorca's prettiest sandy cove beaches.
Looked after with great care by its charming local owners, this is a perfect house for smaller parties seeking a comfortable holiday base with the convenience of a fine local beach close at hand. Set back from the country lane that leads to Cala Sa Nau, La Tierra Buena features a spacious living/dining room, a well fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Bordered by an almond grove, the swimming pool faces in a sunny south-easterly direction and is surrounded by a delightful garden featuring various mature trees, shrubs and flowers that burst into colour over the summer. Conveniently alongside, a covered terrace provides shade for the warmer times of the day and is a lovely spot for al fresco dining.

You are only 1.7km from the nearest amenities at Cala Ferrera, where the restaurant Ficus comes recommended to us for its pizzas and paellas. The village of S'Horta is 3km.

Cala Sa Nau is just one of the picturesque coves very near to the house. Appearing on few maps, Cala Brafi and Cala Mitjana are also close by and well worth seeking out. The beach bar at Cala Mondragó (about a 20 minute drive) is widely known for its freshly caught fish and lunchtime paella, and many good value restaurants dot the surrounding countryside.

Air conditioning is on a timer (12hrs per day).
