Leider kein Bustransfer zum Skilift. Einzelzimmer recht klein und daher aus meiner Sicht kein Schnäppchen. Viel zu laufen zwischen Parkplatz, Wellnessbereich und Speisesaal. Das Essen war lecker und vielfältig. Der Spa-Bereich war toll.

Preis/Leistung stimmt hier leider überhaupt nicht. Die Einrichtung ist zwar schön und stylisch, aber Service und Freundlichkeit lassen zu wünschen übrig. Kilometerweite Wege, mehrere Aufzüge und Treppen, um zum Zimmer und zurück zu kommen. Nicht geeignet für Wellnessurlaub, Wellnessbereich ist viel zu klein vor allem für die Größe des riesigen Hotels. Mit spielenden Kindern hat es Hallenbadcharakter. Zwar gibt es einen Kapselmaschine auf dem Zimmer, aber keine Milchportionen oder nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser. Wir fühlten uns wie eine Nummer, von österreichischer Herzlichkeit und Gemütlichkeit ist nichts zu spüren. Wir waren eine Nacht dort und freuten uns auf das 4-Gänge-Menü. Leider gab es stattdessen ein mittelmäßiges Buffet und unsere Laune sank entsprechend. Insgesamt werten wir das Hotel als besseres Skihotel und nicht mehr. Viel zu teuer, für das was man bekommt. Kommen definitiv nicht nochmal.

Wunderschönes Hotel für einen Skiurlaub. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zur Piste. Kostenloses Depot für Skisachen mit dabei, sodass die Skier an der Piste gelassen werden können und nicht immer hin und her geschleppt werden müssen. Das Skigebiet ist riesig, sehr viele verschiedene Lifte und Restaurants an der Piste. Das Hotel selbst ist wunderschön modern rustikal eingerichtet. Das Personal spricht überwiegend englisch, ist aber jederzeit mit einem Lächeln bereit, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Beim Essen hat man feste Tische und beim Abendessen wird täglich zwischen einem auswahlreichen Buffet und a la Carte gewechselt. Jeder Abend bietet also andere Speisen. Es gibt richtige Themenabende z.B. Asiatischer Abend mit Thai Suppe, chinesischen Nudeln, Sushi und co. Das Frühstück bietet am Buffet stets alles, was man sich wünschen kann. Von klein bis groß findet hier jeder was. Auch eine Live Station gibt es sowohl morgens (Omlette) und abends (wechselnde Gerichte). Die Zimmer sind sehr modern eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Kleiderschränke, Schreibtisch, Sitzgelegenheiten. Der Balkon ist ebenfalls mit Sitzgelegenheiten ausgestattet und gibt (je nach Zimmer) einen wundervollen Blick auf die Berge. Es wird täglich gereinigt und alles ist sehr sauber. Auch das Bad wirkt sehr neu und ist top ausgestattet. Ein großer Innenpool sowie ein daran gebundener großer beheizter Außenpool sind das Herzstück des Spa. Sauna gibt es auch und diverse Massagen sind buchbar. Großer Sitzbereich an der Bar

Der Urlaub war eine 10 von 10. Service des Personals super, Skidepot mit inbegriffen, das Hotel war sehr gemütlich und der Wellnessbereich ein Traum. Essen war wirklich sehr lecker, qualitativ super und sehr ausgiebig, egal ob abends (Menü inkl. Buffet oder nur Buffet) oder morgens. Danke für Alles.

Dinner is available, but you can’t book it shortly

In case you haven’t book the dinner with the booking of your room, you are not allowed to eat/book a table for dinner during your stay… The tables are booked for guests and no one warn about it. There are 2 entrances to the buffet area and the trick is the staff of the hotel stays only on one of them to place you to the „planned“ table. In case you went through the other entrance nobody would say a word… or inform you about „placing plan“. In 35 years of traveling around Asia, Europe, Africa, Americas - this is the firsttime I see the sitting plan for breakfast . The staff fighting with each other in front of the guests. I would say some improvements must be made, otherwise strange hotel - never coming back, never will be recommended.
