I walked into the Hotel - it was like a ghost house, upon entering I asked if anybody was here, I waited more than 5 minutes - still no response. I needed an answer quick as we couldn't find the hotel parking, we were forced to park the car in another carpark and then come back to the hotel. Poor service. Mini fridge on the floor - no complementary water, overall very dilapidated hotel.

We inform you that the hotel has 24 hours reception, it is true that we are situated on a main avenue but you can always stop on the street Carrer Col·legi to go to the hotel and get some indications. We are sorry that you didn't have complimentary water, we are sorry for that mistake. We would be very grateful if you told us so we can bring it to you immediately. Pros: Pas de terrasse dommage
Très bon hôtel très bonne accueil propre les chambres sont magnifique belle découverte et le petit plus douche spa en chambre un régale après une longue route , belle établissement possibilité de se garer pas cher près du musée de Salvador un régal conseiller aux famille
