Welcome to Ocean Breeze- Part of The Bay Filey Holiday Village. Parking space right outside makes this ideal for families.

Enter into the hallway with access to the downstairs cloak / WC. Walk through into the large open plan lounge. dining room and fully fitted kitchen (new/refreshed August 2025) including dishwasher, washer/dryer etc.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king-size bedroom with Juliette Balcony and 1 twin bedroom with a large family bathroom complete with bath and overhead shower,

Off the lounge area are bifold doors opening onto a private furnished patio, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

Weekend Break at Ocean Breeze

The perfect place to unwind & relax! An immaculate coastal retreat providing home from home comforts in a peaceful location within a 10 minute walk to the beach. Communications from booking, pre-arrival, & on arrival & departure were excellent as were all instructions provided in the useful on-line Guide & property itself to make sure you get the best holiday experience from the very start. Would highly recommend & will be back!

Very good accommodation excellent cleanliness enough room for us all beds very comfortable wardrobe space very good kitchen well stocked could do with a couple of sharper knives this seems to be the same in all the accommodation we have stayed in nice and quiet this time of year this is the 3rd time we have stayed here no reason we won’t be coming back excellent position for exploring the beautiful coastline
