Welcome to Tracey Island - part of the Bay Filey Holiday Village it is ideal for couples or a growing family with children. New to ABH and benefiting from a full redecoration in March 2026 this is a lovely family property.

Enter into the airy hallway with storage for all your essentials and access to the downstairs cloak / WC.

Walk through into the large open plan L shaped lounge with corner sofa (and bed), SMART TV, dining room (sits 4) and fully fitted kitchen including dishwasher, washer and large Fridge Freezer.

Upstairs the property comprises of 1 king and 1 twin bedroom with a family bathroom complete with bath and overhead rainfall shower.

Off the lounge area are French doors open onto a private furnished patio with brick BBQ, surrounded by large, shared garden and landscaped grounds.

Travel Cot and High Chair are available for use free of charge (own bedding required).

We leave a few games for our guests to use. This warm and cosy house is ideal for breaks all year round.

A relaxing stay

A lovely stay at The Bay Filey, the cottage (Tracey Island) was very clean modern and comfortable, its been well looked after, would definitely recommend, as there's plenty of places to visit in the area

Delightful cottage

Situated in a very nice, peaceful location this delightful cottage had "welcome " from the moment we arrived. Beautifully decorated. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to stay with all the necessary equipment required. Thank you for the use of this desirable cottage. No doubt we will re visit soon.
