In the commune of Fitou, the Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 48 m² apartment and swimming pool, which can accommodate up to 6 guests. Located on the first floor, it comprises an attractive living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a shower room. You'll also enjoy a 300 m² garden ! We're waiting for you!

The apartment comprises :
- 18 m² living room with double sofa bed, TV and access to terrace
- An open kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190) and TV
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190) and TV
- Bathroom with shower and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, cot, fan.

Outside :
- A shared swimming pool (8×4) with a maximum depth of 1.70 meters, unheated, secured by a gate that must remain closed at all times. Open from June 1 to September 30. Opening dates are non-contractual and subject to weather conditions. Sun loungers and an outdoor shower are available.
- A private 20 m² terrace with furniture to enjoy the sunny days.
- A 300 m² south-facing garden with trees, shared with an adjoining apartment.

The apartment is ideally located in Fitou, in a quiet and very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...
