The home was very spacious and can easily accommodate a large family. The beds are comfortable but the decor is little dated. For the size of the home, it should have more than four beach chairs, which were not in good condition.

Communication about how to get in and where it was was excellent. The home was very clean when we got there. Bedroom description is wrong there are 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds and one bedroom with a queen and a double the rest are kings but we made it work. All the rooms are nice sizes and I think they all had tvs. There are plenty of bathrooms. All floors have sitting areas which was nice and the main area is plenty big for everyone to gather. Kitchen was nicely equipped. You are right on the beach and its a nice quiet beach. Plenty of parking but no garage parking. It took us an hour and a half from Orlando airport. All couples agreed we would no doubt rent again. I hate adding Cons because we really liked the house and would stay again but I read these reviews so I always like to add Cons just so people know - no beach chairs provided actually we found nothing beach related and the barbecue grill was a small coal burning grill and pretty much useless for a large group. If you like a soft pillow bring your own. This is not a house for people who struggle with stairs! You can enter and there is a kitchen and living room and 2 bedrooms on 1st floor however you will use the 2nd floor for gathering.

Stunning Views

The good: gorgeous views with bedrooms a plenty. We are a family of 10 who gathers every year between Christmas and the New Year in the Palm Coast/Flagler area. This house definitely met our needs. Most impressive is the private boardwalk that runs directly from the back door of main floor over the dunes and to the beach. The unfortunate: Vacasa management. We arrived with door code and instructions for entry in hand only to find there are two keypads on the door.. one of which we had no code. It took us a couple phone calls and we sat in the driveway for an hour before gaining access. WiFi was hit and miss - took Vacasa several days to respond. Reached to Vacasa for checkout instructions since a few people were leaving early ... no response. There is an information notebook .. but it does not contain any pertinent info. On the not as important list: We felt the provided number of trash bags/dishwasher pods/etc was petty. A large family uses a trash bag and dishwasher pod per day. When paying BIG BIG money for this place you would think these basics would be provided. Thoughtful touches like this make your guests feel appreciated and desire to return. There are NO beach chairs or beach toys for the kids. I mention this only because the 5 other homes we normally rotate between do provide chairs, toys, bikes. There is also no access to garage.If looking for large homes with special touches and responsive management, try Cinnamon Beach.
