Wonderfull location! Really enjoyed being able to just walk to downtown Flagstaff. Would recommend having Kleenex and also noticed one of the comforters was stained. We loved how the kitchen and showers were fully stocked with essentials! Very cute space and we’d love to visit again!!

The kitchen was good for cooking, no problems found. The rooms are ok. Everything was clean, didn’t use laundry. have no problem to communicate with host, was very helpful . Kids enjoyed snow in aspen corner. Have one small note - encountered little 2 bugs, don’t know what it was.

Fabulous location, close to downtown and the university, many shops, coffee, shops, eateries, nice walking path on the university, one block away, grocery stores, gas stations, all close, spacious backyard for barbecuing and relaxing, Extra bathroom would’ve been helpful, but we managed with six adults. Graduation ar NAU

Tim was fantastic and the house worked well for our 10 day stay in Flagstaff for graduation. We could easily walk downtown, to campus and to the grocery store if needed. We enjoyed the backyard on sunny days and appreciated the cozy house on rainy days. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, and the washer and dryer were appreciated due to an extended stay. Would stay here again and loved our time in Flagstaff.

Cute Place!

Home was perfect for us and the yard was great for our pups! Had everything we needed for our stay and it was very conveniently located to the historic district. Our only criticism is the surrounding neighborhood was really trashy - garbage everywhere - which was surprising and not very appealing on our walks to town or to walk the pups. Encountered a few sketchy folks on our walks around - so just be alert when you are out and about the neighborhood. Other than that Tim was a great host and we truly enjoyed our stay and would rent again.

Cute house nestled between NAU and downtown Flagstaff

What a great property! Perfect location for walking or driving to NAU and downtown Flagstaff. It may be a smaller house, but there was plenty of room for the six of us to stay comfortably. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and Tim was a joy to work with. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again when visiting Flagstaff.
