Sip morning coffee at the outdoor table for two, then fire up the gas grill in the afternoon and host a cookout at the picnic table. Inside, the well-equipped kitchen offers another space to prepare favorite recipes at home. Two can perch at the kitchen bar as the chef cooks, while a four-person dining table accommodates four to meals. In the evenings, settle in to play a board game, piece together a puzzle, or watch a movie on the TV in the living room where a gas fireplace adds comfort and allure.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
