Welcome to High Pines Lodge, a spacious, duplex-style Flagstaff vacation rental perfect for large families, group getaways, and snow season retreats. Located just 30 minutes from Arizona Snowbowl Ski Resort and 90 minutes from the Grand Canyon, this beautifully designed mountain home offers an ideal home base for your Northern Arizona adventures.



As you step into the lodge, the grand living room with vaulted ceilings and a crackling hardwood fireplace invites you to unwind in luxury. Your group can comfortably spread across ten bedrooms—five up top and five below—each designed with restful nights in mind. The top-level boasts king beds, private TVs, and elegant en-suites in select rooms. Meanwhile, the bottom floor continues the theme with spacious accommodations, perfect for multi-family retreats.



The heart of the lodge is the gourmet kitchen, equipped for culinary creativity. Stainless steel appliances glisten under soft lighting, teasing breakfast pastries or hearty family dinners. This home is fully furnished and stocked with a starter supply of household essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and more to get your stay started. Please plan to purchase additional items based on your group size and length of stay.



Please note that this home, like most homes in Flagstaff, is not equipped with central air conditioning. However, portable fans are provided for your comfort during warmer months.

Guest Access:

Our guests have full and exclusive access to both levels of the home during their stay. The property features keyless entry for a smooth check-in process anytime, day or night. For safety and care of the home, we kindly ask that guests do not tamper with the spa equipment.



Check-in time is 4 PM. Check-out time is 10 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available (fees apply).



Parking: A maximum of four cars is allowed in the driveway. Overflow parking can be found in nearby public lots of your choosing. Please note: RVs, travel trailers, and oversized vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Getting Around:

While you're minutes from downtown, we strongly recommend a personal or rental vehicle, as public transportation in Flagstaff is limited. This ensures easy access to Snowbowl, hiking trails, and area attractions like Walnut Canyon, Lowell Observatory, and more.

Maximum Occupancy. The number of people (including children) present at the Property may not exceed the maximum occupancy set forth in the Property Description.



Minimum Age. You must be at least 25 years of age to rent the Property. You hereby confirm that you are at least 25 years of age. You acknowledge that failure of this confirmation to be true constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

An arrival email will be sent during the week before your arrival with information on access for your rental and information on your reservation.
