Super nice staff, older place in a historic part of town. Good price, could use some updating and maybe a cleaner bathroom. MartAnne's restaurant just up the road was awesome.

The room was updated and clean and the front desk was very friendly. There was a fair amount of noise late at night due to the proximity to the road and in the very early morning as guests were leaving. Would suggest staying away from the stairwell, if possible.

We always stay at the Kings house motel when we come to Flagstaff. The staff are super friendly. The rooms are updated and clean and we’ve never ever had an issue with noise. It’s really peaceful.

It was good for a drive through night. Only thing was that the temp was 14 degrees, and unit below us was probably unoccupied and the heater off because the floor was COLD to walk on. Otherwise great value.
