This place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could want away from home. The backyard was perfect for a cute little fire and a soak in the hot tub on a chilly night. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, and there were toys and games for the kids. The house was close enough to the downtown/NAU area, with plenty of food and entertainment options close by, while still feeling like you are in the woods.

Safe secure, hidden Jem

This was a gorgeous home. The host was prompt and courteous. You only need to bring your clothes and food almost everything you could think of Is provided. We felt safe, My family had a blast. Hopefully next year we can stay on this property for your our annual family vacation.

Family weekend

Came to Flag to visit our son for family weekend at NAU. Place was great for our group and dog. Loved the kitchen and living room area as well as the outdoor space. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own spaces. Cooked meals in the very well equipped kitchen, which was great. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again!

Perfect spring break!

This is our second time renting - We love this property! It’s in the best neighborhood/location and my kids love the hot tub and the neighborhood trails we can easily access. The hosts are so easy to work with and helpful with anything we need. I also love that the coffee is provided, which is a small thing but makes a difference :) we will be back I’m sure!

This is a lovely, spacious home. It was very clean, nicely decorated and well supplied. The host was very communicative. We appreciate the quick response. My family and I enjoyed this home. The location was also perfect and close to my daughter's dorm. We highly recommend this rental and will definitely stay here again.

Amazing property!!

This property was exactly as described and Kate was wonderful to work with! We were in town for Parents Weekend and spent a great deal of time enjoying the ammenties of the house. It really included anything that you could think of! In fact, my husband forgot his toothbrush and was pleasently surprised not to have to fight the crowds at the store to purchase one! You can tell the host aims to please and truly wants her guests to have a superior stay!!

Perfect fall break trip

The house was perfect for our family fall break trip. We love this neighborhood and location- it’s close to everything we love! The house was fully stocked with everything we needed plus more- the toys and kids books and games were great entertainment for our 4 and 6 year olds. We loved being outside in the patio with the heater and the hot tub was fun too. Already marked this one as a favorite because we will be back!

Beautiful home, great location and development with hiking trails

We loved this home, it had everything we needed and just 5 minutes from the NAU campus where both my daughters attend. The interior is like-new, modern and freshly remodeled. The electric fireplace is very cool and we enjoyed sitting out on the patio around the firepit each morning sipping our coffee. There are several walking paths around the community, plus access to hiking trails on the south edge of the development. Highly recommend it, Kate the owner/host was very thoughtful and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
