Homely property in fantastic location

We took a chance on booking a newly advertised property with no reviews, but this worked out well for us and we had a lovely time in a well- loved family house in a great location. The village, with a good selection of shops and restaurants, is an easy 5 minute stroll away, but the house itself is in a very peaceful residential location. There are many beautiful places of interest to visit within easy travelling distance. The pool is fantastic and the garden offers both sunshine and shade, which is great in hot weather. The house is well-equipped and spacious, and both the owner and the couple who manage the house locally were really friendly and responsive about minor queries, and gave us the impression that they genuinely wanted our stay to be as pleasant as possible. There is really effective air conditioning in every bedroom and also a bathroom for each bedroom which were definite pluses. It’s worth noting that one of the bedrooms and its bathroom are not accessed via the main house but through an external door- fine for friends and couples, but maybe not so good for young children, and this wasn’t mentioned on the particular booking website we used. We would happily stay at the property again and recommend it to friends and family. The property is new to the rental market this year so has few reviews, but don’t be put off by this- everyone concerned is lovely to deal with and responsive, and clearly committed to ensuring that guests have a great holiday, which we did!

Heel leuk huisje met alles erop en eraan. Enkel het zwembad ligt vanaf 15u in de schaduw wat er voor zorgt dat het water niet al te warm is

It's a beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home in a very charming village of Flayosc. The villa has a nice pool, the house clean, has nice facility/household equipment and close to a lot of local restaurants and bars, and vineyards. The villa is located in a small town of Flayosc, with a lot of local cultural activities at the plaza- concerts, dancing, karaoke nights, markets, etc. Julian and Lori and Christine were very attentive to our needs and requests. Highly recommended.
