Advertised amenities were unavailable, room cleanliness was unacceptable, breakfast quality was poor, and staff response to late night disturbances was inadequate. Given the cost of two rooms over four nights, the experience DID NOT align with expected brand standards.

The hot tub stopped working during the stay and the staff had no knowledge of the problem or when it would be fixed. We were not offered any compensation for the inconvenience. We booked the hotel over Valentine’s Day weekend to relax in the hot tub which didn’t happen. On a positive note, the breakfast was decent and the coffee was good.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I felt safe there. The whole hotel was so clean! The hot tub was the perfect water temperature. I really enjoyed the stay and will absolutely use this hotel again on future visits to the area.

Well-situated location, with plenty of dining options, a grocery store and a Walmart. I felt very safe. Very friendly and helpful staff sans one individual who seemed to do the bare minimum (Hispanic female that assembled the breakfast). Well stocked breakfast with plenty of options. Very nice pool and adequate workout equipment. Happy that washer and dryer facilities were available. A very good option for families that plan to engage in a longer-term stay.
