I recommend this one.

The gentleman that checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and the only complaint was that there was a lack of lighting in the room but staff said that some furnishings were not there yet. The breakfast was about what you would expect for a free hotel breakfast. Overall bery pleased and would stay there again.

Definitely not the best experience

We were told the hotel is in process of being renovated. However, incomplete rooms are still being rented. I had to call to have someone plug in the power source between the beds, we were told the lamps (that were supposed to be between the beds) weren't installed yet. So no bed lamps. One elevator & the hot tub wasn't working. Water got in the room when it rained. The floor was completely sticky. Maybe it would be advantages to refrain from using rooms that aren't ready to be used.

Not perfect - but would return.

The check-in was very good. The clerk at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning work well which made the stay comfortable on a hot weekend. Downside- there were a half dozen long black hairs stuck to the wall of the shower. Definitely not ours. The sink drain was very, very slow. I noticed it later in the evening so I reported it first thing in the morning. The clerk at the desk said she would put in a work order. The problem was never addressed during our two day stay. Ending up living with it. Would have called again if we were staying another day.

Spacious room, comfy bed, hot shower, frig and microwave. Close to Pine Knob. Nice pool, large variety breakfast with eggs and sausage, muffins, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, etc. clean and great customer service.

Stayed three nights. Room was missing furniture and lamps. Hotel had notice up saying it was due to tariffs. Not buying that one. There was hair in the bathtub and on bathroom floor upon arrival. Have to leave towels in the hall to get fresh, which we did but housekeeping only replaced hand towels. Not impressed at all.

The hotel was clean, staff were great BUT you could not close the blackout curtains (the track wouldn’t allow it) & the 2 outside lights from the parking area shone right in on the bed. We couldn’t sleep because of it. I’ve never stayed in a hotel where you couldn’t close the curtains all the way. We were on the 3rd floor and this made it to where we had a horrible night sleep ugh!

Very friendly staff. Hotel was very nice. Not a huge deal, but the TV remote wouldn't control the volume or turn the TV on/off (the manage did try to fix this). A couple of the outlets in our room didn't work.
