We loved our stay here. On checking in, we were automatically upgraded to a nicer room with a balcony. The room was comfortable and quiet. The shower was big and worked well. The decor was super pleasing and quite charming. We adored the hotel bar and used the courtyard to relax. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Florence. Location was great - walking distance from most of the big sites.

Amazing!! We had the chance to stay in both Heaven (room 234) and Hell (room 267). The hotel is awesome, all of the areas in the hotel are fantastic, the staff is friendly and super helpful. Great breakfast and lots of choices for where to relax, eat, have a drink or just hang out. If you have rhe chance- go there!

We stayed in room 406. Beautifully decorated room with plenty of unexpected surprises. The bar was amazing as was the dining area and lounge by reception. This was a very quirky, well run hotel. The only disappointment was the breakfast. We tried it once and then ate out every morning.

Our room was decorated in a heaven theme and the decoration was excellent. Our favorite part was the suana on site and that everything in the fridge was included at no extra cost. Plus they gave us each one bottle of water per day. The room also had a stuffed plush rat which was a cute touched. We names our room rat remi. The staff was very friendly and helped with anything we needed.

This hotel is not meant for families with kids, which I wish I knew prior to booking. While appropriate for adults, the decor (mobile in room for example is inappropriate for kids) and room functionality (like doors to shower and toilet are not frosted to be private)
