Very unique hotel, with amazing design detail, but missing opportunities with simple functionality functions. Just controlling the lights you need to take a class on using them, the shower floods out to the r3st of the bathroom floor.

This was the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly and location was great. The amenities are what makes this hotel so unique. There is a gym, patio and cozy seating area for drinks and the restaurant was incredible. I can’t wait to come back to Florence to stay here again!

Extended stay in Florence

A really nice stay. Comfortable, clean, great service by the front desk. We did not try the restaurant or bar, but they did look comfortable and nice. The decor is a bit odd ( I did select this hotel knowing so). The hotel is in a great area of Florence - lots of restaurants, close to a public square and walking distance to many of the historical attractions. The entrance to the Hotel is not obvious. I always felt I was walking into the middle of the restaurant or the coffee bar. I had to ask for directions to the front desk when we arrived. Overall, I would recommend.

Wonderful staff! I arrived early before the 3pm check-in and the staff was so kind to accomodate after such long travel from the US. She even pointed me in the right direction for a quick bite. Florence was a dream! Hotel decor was beautiful.
