Muutaman askeleen päässä Duomolta ja rautatieasemalta, valoisasta ja hiljaisesta huoneistosta, jossa on Wifi

Principio on Via dell'Alloro, hiljaisella kadulla 300 metrin päässä Duomo, jossa Giotto asuivat! Se on ensimmäisessä kerroksessa klassinen Florentine rakennus, jossa vain 20 vaiheet laaja ja helppo tikkaat mennä ylös.
Se mahtuu neljä henkilöä: kaksi queen-size-vuode makuuhuoneessa ja kaksi mukava vuodesohva olohuoneessa. Principio on täysin kunnostettu heinäkuussa 2016 ja on varustettu kaikki tarvittavat mukavuudet. Kaikki on aivan uusi.
- Kun keittiö / olohuone: astianpesukone, mikroaaltouuni grillillä, kahvinkeitin, vedenkeitin, induktio liesi ja induktio astioita, leivänpaahdin, italialainen kahvinkeitin, bluetooth kaiuttimet sulautettujen radio kytkeä älypuhelimeen / tabletti ja toistaa musiikkia.
- Vuonna kylpyhuone: tilava suihku kaksi ihmistä, pyyhkeet, hiustenkuivaaja.
- Vuonna kodinhoitohuone: pyykinpesukone, kuivausrumpu, silitysrauta ja lauta. On monia laundromats keskustassa Florence, too.

Principio on varustettu nopea WiFi-yhteys tavoitettavissa kaikista huoneista asunnossa.

Via dell'Alloro on hiljaisella kadulla Firenzen sydämessä, vain muutaman askeleen päässä Piazza del Duomo ja kävelymatkan päässä Santa Maria Novellan rautatieasemalta. Se on täydellinen tukikohta päiväretki Siena, Pisa, Lucca, Bologna. Jopa Rooma, Venetsia ja Milano ovat vain muutaman tunnin päässä ansiosta nopea juna, joka pysähtyy Santa Maria Novellan rautatieasemalta.

What a perfectly located apartment in Florence. We have been many times to Florence, staying in hotels and apartments but this tops them all! The large shower and bathroom was awesome and the A/C was phenomenal and an unexpected delight!Everything anyone would need is right here. A few nights we had wine and fresh pasta, from the nearby local grocery, and enjoyed dinner in our "home away from home".Our flight was delayed by hours and we stayed in touch with Lucia, who was waiting at the apartment when we finally arrived.Lucia and Walter were always available whenever we had a question or needed assistance. They were very very easy to communicate with before and during our 6 day stay. What a great place for enjoying Florence!Thank you Lucia!!

Excellent location, sweet apartment

Stayed 3 nights during a very hot spell. It was our first time in Florence and the apartment is within walking distance for everything we had time for in that period (Duomo Plaza, Pitti Palace & Boboli Garden, Academia, Michelangelo Plaza at night, lunches and dinner all around town, and even a 9-mile hike up into the hills. The apartment was a welcoming respite from the extreme heat and allowed us to recharge before evening activities. We had everything we needed at the apartment and Lucia checked in to make sure we were all set. Definitely recommend for a single or couple.

Great location!

We had a great time staying at this place. It was mostly quiet and centrally located in historic downtown. Easy walking to most places. We had everything we needed and Lucia does a great job coordinating check in and out. Lots of tourist resources and books in apartment. Lucia will also provide recommendations and help you with anything you may need-she was always checking in on us. Easily stay here again!!

Recent stay in Florence, Italy at Lucia's apartment

The apartment is very nice. Bathroom is excellent with bidet and plenty of hot water. Everything was very clean. It is close to the Santa Maria Novella train station and we walked with our luggage. Timed it just right and Lucia was there to let us in. John and I spent 2 days trying to see alot and enjoyed Florence. Lovely expansive apartment in Perfect location just steps from Duomo

Beautifully renovated and expansive apartment with effective air conditioning and full kitchen. For European sensibilities, the shower was enormous and reliable. Great collection of guidebooks in English and nice decorative touches throughout. Lucia was a wonderful hostess and let us leave our luggage a little longer as we squeezed a few more minutes in our Florence stay! Grazie mille!

Location, location, location! This was a perfect flat for our 4 night stay. Plenty of space and well appointed. We were grateful to have a washer and dryer (and not in a combined unit). Our only concern was that the entrance was in an alley and not on a main street. The host was gracious, helpful, and communicated thoroughly - a really lovely person!

Enjoyed our stay here!

Great location close to the train. We loved being able to open the windows during the day to let the light and fresh air in. It was nice to close the shutters at night too. Lots of great coffee bars and restaurants within a block or two. We also enjoyed the big shower. Lucia was a great host and we appreciate the good communication!

Unbelievable location and seriously such a nice apartment. All the things you want and low key all the things you need and didn't realize. Super hot, high pressure shower. Full kitchen to do simple stuff. Washer and dryer which you never know you will need. All steps from all the things you want to see and do in Florence. Book it.

Perfect stay in Florence

We absolutely loved our stay at Lucia's apartment. Communication leading up to our visit was excellent as was getting easy directions to the property from the train station and meeting up at the apartment to go over all of the details of our stay. We were blown away at the cleanliness and also the attention to all of the little details that made our stay so comfortable. Everything a traveler might need was provided with the perfect little touch. The location was great for a first time Florence visitor. We needed to see all of the sights and we were within walking distance to everything, yet the apartment was so quiet and peaceful. If you're looking for a great vacation retreat, you've found it and you won't be disappointed!

A perfect spot to explore Firenze (Florence)

This property is an ideal spot to explore Firenze. A very walkable city, having a property this centrally located where you can easily return throughout the day was transformative for us and really enhanced our stay in the city. The apartment is perfect for a couple for the weekend and can accommodate more on the sleeper sofa in the living room. With a very comfortable bed and strong air conditioning we were able to relax even on the warmest day. The small kitchen was a wonderful addition after having spent weeks in hotels. The WC is comfortable, clean and modern. Be sure to check the notes in the guest book, we greatly benefited from the notes left by previous guests with tips and tricks on where to eat and shop. Finally Lucia was a fantastic host. She was very helpful with notes and tips on getting to the apartment and the city in general. She was also great when our plans changed and was accommodating to our requests. I’d highly recommend this property, and look forward to returning myself.

Firenze paradise

My wife and booked this Vrbo not having any idea of where we should be for exploring the city. We could not be any happier with the location as we were merely steps to the dome and all that it has to offer! The apartment was rustic in its appearance as you enter thru the tiny streets. A large entry door for the building leads you to the front door of the unit and its quiet spectacular as you feel yourself slipping back in time. Our Host was extremely gracious making sure we in the building and comfortable. Answering all Our questions and giving us her suggestions of venues and places to see. Five stars for all her efforts! The apartment was comfortable for us. Though we didn’t spend much time In it other than to recharge from the days walking! I would highly recommend anyone to to rent this space. Lucia was fantastic the place was great!

Amazing stay!

Wow, all the little details add up to so much more than people may realize and this apartment has so many thoughtful considerations. This was by far our favorite accommodation for a six week trip. We were fortunate to have a personal welcome from our host upon arrival, cold beverage and comfortable climate control “on” all help set the stage for a very appreciative welcome. The consideration for all types of travelers is noted in the two tourist guide sections discreetly complimenting the clean and crisp decor. Cleanliness was well addressed and the bathroom appointment was in US standard - offering space to comfortably move. Needless to say, the location was great and our experience here was amazing.
