Charming, characterful hotel with quirky features. Bed was especially comfortable. Great shower, good air conditioning. I would have liked to have milk with the coffee facilities in the room. Loved Florence the atmosphere was friendly and you felt safe lots of nationalities milling around. My favourite bit of my stay was walking around the duomo in the evening soaking up the atmosphere.

I look forward to another stay! The location was great, with an approximately five-minute walk to the Duomo. There were many restaurants, shops, a pharmacy, and an outdoor vendor market nearby. Also, the Arno River is less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel. (I took a walk from the hotel, over the Arno River, and up a nearby hill to a David statue that overlooks the city in about 30 minutes.) The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly; the diversity of breakfast items did not disappoint. The room was just right for a solo stay! The bed was very comfortable; I enjoyed the comfort of a good night’s sleep. I loved the design of the shower and the art above the bed. Nice! I look forward to staying again on my next visit to Florence!

Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Even had a full fridge. The shower with rain head was great. The location is walkable to the major sites and there’s restaurants all around. Would definitely recommend.

Its all about the location with this place. Really close to the Cathedral, Palazzo Vecchio & shops/restaurants. The rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean & with everything you could ever need. The staff are very friendly and breakfast was delicious. Not as fancy as other hotels but all you could ever need.
