We checked into the hotel after we had a poor experience with our BnB. The staff were always welcoming! Beautiful rooms! Very clean and very close to the heart of Florence!!! Breakfast was great!! This hotel made the rest of our stay on Florence very pleasant!!!! Thank you staff, especially Anna! Amazing!

The staff was helpful and accomodated any issues that arose. Speaking of, the initial room assigned to us was missing a shower door so when showering, water spilled every where on the floor. The staff assisted and got us in a new room but unfortunately the toilet stopped working in the room and the water temperature was unbearably but inconsistently hot. At times, it worked fine. The hotel had the artsy and historical aesthetic as expected but the walls in the room could use a touch up on the paint. Overall, stay was good. Staff was generous and did their best. Allowed us to leave bags for the day after check out as we had late night flights.

We had the window open sonce it was nice and cool. The bar 50 feet away was a bit loud, all the way past 5 AM. Still was a great stay though
