Friendly welcome and easy to find and check in. Lovely small outside yard area. Close vicinity to the tram to go into the city.

It was a great place to stay, however the son is the property manager but he isn’t the one to check you in, it’s his mother who barely speaks english. This is fine usually except I had no idea and would have been able to better prepare some translations had I known ahead of time. The AC is great, the outdoor section is wonderful, the washer does usually sound like it’s trying to turn into a rocket ship but hey, at least there was one.

Clean and good location

This lower-level apartment has amazing light during the day and is nicely configured for up to 6 people, with a double bed and single in each room. Shower is seperte from the toliet/sink area, and the patio is great in the back. The black out curtains/shades are top notch! Host was great and very friendly.

Wonderful Florence Apartment

We stayed here on a family vacation traveling throughout Italy. The location was great. Just a quick tram ride to get around the city. The apartment is beautiful and clean with plenty of room for our family of 5. Communication with the owners was convenient because they live upstairs.

Love the porch!

The apartment was clean and modern. A few bus stops are within a 5 minute walk. 2 caffes within 5 minutes. Pizza man less than 10 minutes. Also a Laundromat. Loved the backyard space. The front bedroom is a little noisy from the people walking on the street, but I still slept well. The hostess was very friendly and we were provided with enough soap, towels and toilet paper. The directions were easy to follow. About 10-15 minute walk from Rifredi train station. I would stay here again. Grazie!

Awesome!

Everything was great, the apartment is even better than the pictures. Apartment size was just fine for the days we spent there. Short walking distance for supermarket, train station and restaurants. Good comunication. The fact that they live upstairs is a plus. Make it easier if you have any problem.

L'appartamento é dotato di bagno troppo piccolo, senza bidet, una camera (posta nel seminterrato) ha la finestra su strada e praticamente si sente ogni più piccolo rumore. L'altra camera non ha finestre sull'esterno.
