**The apartment:**

The house, located on the fourth and top floor of a 17th century historic building, is within walking distance of all the most sought-after attractions in Florence, and despite its prominent position it guarantees absolute silence and tranquillity. In addition to this, you will have public transport such as buses within few minutes on foot (1 minute from the apartment in Via Santa Maria Nuova), perfect for reaching other major points of interest and attractions. There are also various means of transport such as Tramvia, Taxi, car sharing, electric scooters and bicycles for rent.
Given the lack of elevators in the historic buildings of Florence, in order to provide you with the utmost welcome service, our qualified staff will transport your luggage to the apartment.
Check-in is possible in the afternoon from 15:00 to 20:00 for free, while after 20:00 there will be a supplement of € 20.
However, it is possible to leave your luggage from 12:00.

In addition to towels of various sizes, sheets, blankets, when necessary a duvet will be provided to you to make your stay perfect and warm.

The house is fully equipped with a free WiFi Internet connection.
The TV comes with Smart features, with access to Youtube and Netflix, perfect for watching a movie after a day of walking and wonderful visits.
