I stayed at the Essence for 3 nights. I received a free upgrade from Raffaella when I checked into the hotel. She was very helpful and made a dinner reservation for us. The hotel was clean and in a good location. My room was also very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Started in an access room which was at the rear of the hotel. En suite floods a little as no shower door. When we told them. They moved us to an upper floor room at the front. Amazing room and views. They also put out a light breakfast. Which was a welcome surprise. Great location too.

It was not hard to find the property. The room was nice and clean. However the property was in the middle of the building. It was somewhat hard to find the room. The elevator looked ancient and scary. It was so small that it was barely fit all our luggages.

Essence hotel makes good sense

We had a great stay at the Essence Hotel. It is in a quieter part of town but still close to everything. The room we stayed in was clean and modern. Most major attractions in Florence were within easy walking distance. We'd be happy to stay here again next time when we come back to visit Tuscany.
