Un sitio que no cumple con los servicios minimos.

Terrible, en el sitio no funcionaba el internet y eso que habia dejado claro que iba a atender reuniones desde ahí. Los aires aocndicionados sonaban terrible, no enfriaban, los tuve que apagar dormir sudando con mosquito, de las peores experiencias que he vivido. Lo más triste que tuve que salir antes por la falta de servicio del sitio y pedí me hicieran el reembolso de la noche que fui a otro sitio y el sitio decidio no hacerlos.

O apartamento fica longe do centro, o quarto é mais ou menos, somente 1 banheiro, tem uma cama na cozinha, chuveiro ruim, não recomendo!

Esperienza, pessima-pessima-pessima.

La mia esperienza si con hotels.com, sia con la struttura Giglio Oro è stata pessima, non lo consiglio a nessuno. Prima di tutto non rispettano le condizioni, dicono pagamento in struttura e poi ti addebitano tutto subito. Tasse ed oneri inclusi, invece non è incluso niente, un grande brand come Hotels.com dovrebbe includere tutto come fanno altri siti di prenotazione di alberghi, io ho prenotato con pagamento in struttura e mi hanno addebitato tutto subito dopo la prenotazione, poi avevo prenotato per 6 ospiti (ho screenshot di quando stato prenotando) ed invece nel messaggio di conferma prenotazione mi hanno inserito per 2 ospiti. Al momento della prenotazione il prezzo indicato era 315 euro (tasse ed oneri inclusi come risulta sempre dallo screenshot) poi invece ti aggoiungono la tassa di soggiorno 3 euro a notte per ogni ospiti ma non ti viene detto nulla, anche sulla pulizia dell'appartamento 65 euro non c'è ne menzione. Insomma in totale la spesa 434 + 15 euro extra perché risultava prenotata per 2 e non per 6. Poi voglio aggiungere un'altra chicca, oggi se vado a simulare lo stesso tipo di soggiorno 3 notti per 6 ospiti nella stessa struttura mi viene indicata proprio la cifra di 434 e non di 315 quando l'ho prenotata io (sarà un caso o pure no) ma forse avete aggiornato con gli oneri di pulizia e tassa di soggiorno??? Comunque fatto reclamo, attendo risposta a queste domande. Ora ditemi voi perché dovrei di nuovo avvalermi del Vostro servizio.
