We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. It’s clean and modern and had everything we wanted. The staff are so friendly, kind and helpful. They spoke excellent English. The breakfast was awesome. So much more than I was expecting. Location was excellent - we walked everywhere. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Happy to recommend.

The hotel staff was excellent. Giovanni went out of his way to be helpful and gave us a Prosecco at the end of the day. The whole staff was so friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the shower nice and big (something you don’t always get in Italy). I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

Excellent hotel. It is situated beside the leather market. Very clean and modern facility. Staff were very kind and helpful. They helped answer any questions we had with regards to sight seeing and restaurants. Breakfast was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Very cute and clean property. Walking distance from the train station- 10 minutes tops. I got from this location to Rome airport in around 2.5 hours!! Room and bathroom were compact, cute, and very clean. Exquisite miniature toiletries were available. Staff was phenomenal especially Giovanni. He even cared enough to provide a breakfast bag when I told him I’d be checking out before breakfast! THANK YOU! Awesome experience.

Perfect spot in Florence

Service and location were excellent. Interacted with Giovanni (checking in and out and getting taxi and dinner res) and Jessica (during breakfast). Bed not the most comfortable, but found that in my other stays in Italy as well. Highly recommend.

The hotel is newly renovated! It’s really clean and the staff are really great especially Anna on the breakfast buffet. I love the location, it’s close to everything just stepped out the hotel and you’ll find pretty much everything you need. We will definitely come back! Thank you!

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff. However, the single room is very small and washroom is claustrophobic. Dont know about other rooms though. Breakfast was nice. Hotel was in a great location, near alot of restaurants and 10 min walking distance to the main train station. Recommend this hotel but not the single room

Great Hotel
