Location!! Location Hidden modern gem in the middle of it all. Welcoming by Crystal set the tone but all front desk were great as well. Cleanliness was well noted and Mia part of the breakfast safe could not be more accommodating. Overall great experience, will definitely recommend ❤️

Great staff, great location and clean room

The room is very clean and have enough space for 4 people. The cront desk staff (Dina) is very helpful. Leiann and Jessica from dining is very attentive to our needs. Overall I would give this hotel 5/5. Great staff, clean room and very good location

Recent stay

The hotel is in an excellent location for walking, siteseeing, eating and shopping. The outdoor market stalls are literally around the corner from the hotel as is the Cathedral and many many sights to see. There are restaurants and cafes everywhere and leather shops galore. Florence is a shopper's paradise. The hotel room was exceptionally large (we had 2 double beds) with plenty of space for luggage etc. Bathroom was a dream, fully equipped with everything, plus. Absolutely no room complaints at all and bed was one of the most comfortable we'd stayed at in Europe. Breakfast was good with plentiful options to chose from. The only down side to our stay was the WI-FI was down all weekend of our 2 night stay. This was very inconvenient, as international travelers, with issues enough with cell phones anyway. The hotel staff are very pleasant and helpful. I'd definitely stay again.

Booking: we were warned about rooms being small, but smaller than expected, and so limited in space that one had to walk in baby steps as to not run into something. You had to be a contortionist to use the bidet. . . . . You need to be small to stay there!

Loud rooms but great, convenient location

The hotel describes the rooms as soundproof which was not my experience. I could clearly hear conversations of people in neighboring rooms. Also, the sounds of nearby room doors closing was loud and disturbing and occurred at all hours of the day/ night. The beds and particularly the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. That being said, the location and front desk staff were hard to beat. The hotel is an easy 10-15 min walk to most places. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

The front desk staff was wonderful 5 stars, the room I was in was noisy. I stayed in multiple hotels in Italy throughout my stay all of the beds were uncomfortable and pillows that were practically non existent this hotel included. The breakfast was decent even if the lady serving the breakfast gave me attitude about asking for a coffee with 10 minutes before it technically ended. I checked in and immediately the power went out for nearly 2 hrs.
