Location of the hotel is good. Just what we needed. Easy to walk to the centre. Many places nearby to eat. The hotel offered only breakfast, which was ok. Many alternatives to eat around the hotel. The hotel is very clean. An ‘old’ house converted very well in a lodging. The personnel can communicate in English. Very helpful.

Perfect location! We thought the room might be noisy when we saw dancing and singing on the street, however we could not hear a thing from our room. The staff was very friendly and the rooms clean. The bathroom is very small but clean. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely staff that were so helpful to me and my daughters. Breakfast options were plentiful. Large, comfortable rooms and good value. Great location - the area is so walkable with all of the best spots in Florence within a ten minute walk max. Bathroom has been updated. Really lovely place. I would stay there again when I return to Florence.

Absolutely loved this place. Our family of four (two teens) reserved two rooms on a last-minute decision to spend a night in Florence. Rooms were clean and quiet. Hotel is close to parking on a vibrant street and is walkable to everything. Breakfast was great. Definite recommendation.
