The staff was very helpful during problems with air travel,especially Gabriel...The hotel restaurant was wonderful..The area is very busy being so close to the train station(but convenient in that regard) but also within 2 blocks of great restaurants,the outdoor market and Santa Maria Novella(dont miss that!!)
