Our second visit to Florence and stayed in Hotel Kraft on both occasions. We have recommended this Hotel to many friends for we agree it is a jewel in the crown of Florences hospitality. Lovely and friendly staff. Clean room , bathroom, it was very nice we were given bathrobes and slippers. Noticed, at times, unpleasant smell from the bathroom area. Shower would benefit from straight surface to hold soap/ body wash as it is slanted so all slides down. Really lovely roof top with plenty of sunshine and amazing views. WiFi only reach half of rhe pool area ( important to foreigners) .
