Emmanuel and Laura were so very helpful. All staff were extremely attentive to our needs. My husband is handicapped and everyone was so kind. Just be sure to leave a room key in the electric slot in the room. The air conditioning cuts off and the room gets very hot. They provided us a fan!

This is a beautiful small-ish hotel just below the Ponte Vecchio. Our room was very comfortable, with everything we could need for our extended stay. (Caveat for those with mobility issues: there are lots of stone steps inside and the elevator seems to stop only between floors, so stairs are inevitable.) From the hotel entrance, it is easy to walk to all the main tourist sites or enjoy a quiet stroll around the Oltrano. Try the gellateria on the hotel's first floor - exceptional!

Fantastic location, however the hotel is dated/basic. We had little to no wifi in our room and when we enquired further with reception, they sent someone up who simply said that YouTube was working on his phone 😂

An excellent place to stay. Within walking distance of the sights. The hotel itself is a converted palace and actually adjoins the Vasari Cirridorband is a hop step and jump away from Ponte Vecchio and Pitti Palce. The Duomo Uffeuci and Cechio palaces are a walk away! Its own restraint offers unrivalled views of the Florentine skyline. The resturaunts in the vicinity are outstanding in quality and value for money.

Superb accomadation. Some rooms have 16 th ce they frescoes as it’s a converted palace. It’s within walking distance of the sights and is walking distance from many good restaurants in the Oltrano! Its own resturaunt on its terrace offers unrivalled views of Florence. It is an excellent location and staff are most helpful

This is a good, if quirky hotel, but we enjoyed our stay here. We were in a garden facing (Superior) room, and the revelation of this location for us was that it was so quiet. Florence is a very busy city, and can feel a bit overwhelming, but once into the hotel, all the noise and hubbub of the city disappears and all you hear is the bird song. The room was clear and comfortable and we slept like logs. Breakfast was good. There is a restaurant for dinner which we didn’t use, but the roof top terrace and bar is terrific. Really lovely spot. Locally, Ponte Vecchio is a couple of minutes walk and the city is all very walkable from here. Also, lots of restaurants locally (we particularly like ‘Il Pacchero’ which did superb pizza’s!

Perfect location just off the Ponte Vecchio, towards the Pitti Palace, the hotel is walkable to everything. The staff were helpful, friendly, professional, and in particular, the restaurant staff went out of their way to be helpful and accommodate my food allergies. I cannot recommend this property enough!

Lovely location, very friendly staff, the sky bar was so much fun. The air control is central in that you cannot change to a/c if the hotel is on heat but we were able to leave the window open at night with a nice breeze. We would absolutely stay here again.
