The location was ideal for everything we were interested in seeing. The room was spacious which isn't always the case when staying in Italy. There was air conditioning which we needed and were grateful for.

Nice stay, friendly hotel.

Hotel room was fine and bed comfy, had a balcony with cathedral view. Check in and breakfast staff very friendly. City very busy with people and traffic but got to see all we wanted to. If you have time, visit fiesole, easy to get to on line 2 of tram from smn and then bus 7 from liberta square. Very tranquil and pretty. Great views.

It was kept clean, breakfast included. You had to hand in your key every time you went out because it's still a physical key, but the front desk is 24/7 so it's not a big deal. Overall, clean, comfortable, good front desk. They'll make reservations at restaurants for you if needed.
