The room was outstanding! The gent desk lady was not polite or helpful at all...but the rest of the staff were great. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! Get the breakfast in bed option...out of this world. Loved this stay!

Great base in Florence

Loved this hotel in the heart of Florence. Stwps from the duomo. Very clean, they even put a little card unser the bed to indicate they cleaned there which was appreciated. Lots at breakfast but i do wish there were more options for vegans. Go up to the lookout at the top of the spiral stairs!

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had. Hotel Spadai is very convenient for the sights of Florence. The room was spacious for the location. The bed was super comfortable. Breakfast in the morning is top notch. Check out the top floor sky view with great views of the city. This is where I will stay again next time I’m in Florence

Marvelous location , you can see the Duomo from the top of the building. Short distance walking from Santa Maria Del Fiore and Galleria de la Academia (David), actually you can walk to most interesting points in the city . Florence is really beautiful. The hotel has excellent renovations and it is updated .

The staff was very professional and welcoming. Little extras are included at no cost, nice touch. The room was very comfortable and well supplied. Breakfast was outstanding. They arranged for a 4 am taxi for our early flight, and provided breakfasts in a bag!
