Best stay on our road trip so far

By far the best stay for a family of 5. Friendliest staff clean rooms and a 20 minute pleasant walk from the main square. Parking is road parking but ample of spaces around the block. Highly recommended for comfort on a family trip

The worst possible experience for a hotel… found ants in the room, and notified them and they came in a sprayed the room. It was full of pesticides and they would not give us another room…. Did not feel safe.

Nel complesso giudico la nostra esperienza buona, la camera era spaziosa, pulita e situata vicino alle fermata del pullman. Ciò che però mi ha deluso è stato il personale che ci ha riservato un’ accoglienza per niente calorosa bensì distaccata, inizialmente si era dimostrato molto disponibile ma poi nella realtà dei fatti era abbastanza disorganizzato in quanto era mancata comunicazione tra le varie strutture. Nonostante ciò ci hanno comunque permesso di lasciare le valigie prima dell’orario di check-in.

Da chiudere il prima possibile

TERRIBILE!! ORRIBILE!! Camera invasa da Insetti. Non andate! Lo stato di manutenzione è pessimo. Esperienza terribile e customer peggiore della mia vita. Mi sono svegliato in piena notte con il letto e il mio corpo ricoperto dagli insetti! Nessuno disponibile nella struttura durante la notte. Le Formiche uscivano da tutta la del Letto. Sotto i comodini c’erano grandi quantità di escrementi di insetti e tarme. Ho dovuto sposare il materasso in una parte della camera ma non sono riuscito più a dormire per l’ orribile situazione. Avevo prurito su tutto il corpo e ho dovuto prendere delle medicine il giorno dopo. Ho aperto claim la Mattina e non mi hanno considerato minimamente. Leggendo le altre recensioni mi sono accorto che anche un altro cliente in passato ha subito questo schifo di trattamento. Quindi sanno del Problema da tempo ma non fanno nulla per Risolvere. Spero che l ufficio di igiene faccia controlli e chiuda questo orribile posto al più presto.
