Unbelievable accommodations with the most fabulous hostess!!

From the listing we knew we were getting a pretty fantastic places to stay. We were stunned to see this apartment! Modern and clean with spacious rooms and bathrooms. Like brand new. Clean and well equipped. The views were stunning from almost every room. Large windows that could be opened to enjoy fresh air and hear the bells ringing. The hostess Eli was there to greet us the minute the taxi dropped us off and even helped with the luggage! She was an amazing host, answered every question without complaint (I had many!!) and was truly amazing. She even took the time to help me decipher the washing machine codes! She was truly amazing. When we visit Florence again I hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again and hope that she is still there. Wonderful experience!!
