The shower water flow too slow, the shower temperature was either hot or cold. The shower drain was clogged so the water spills into the living space.

Excellent location walking distance train station, Mercado , shops restaurants & landmarks. Poor AC , we were how the entire time I can’t imagine staying in this room in the summer time not enough towels / toiletries, low water pressure in shower which was horrible and shower water leaked into the rest of bathroom .. horrible check-in process, passcode was not working had to call host/ virtual assistant several times to help us figure out the passcodes which were given to us incorrectly on the app that is used to allow you into building and room We learned the 1s floor is actually floor 0 in Italy we were lost in the floors , not the best experience checking in .
