The apartment is absolutely gorgeous. It was up a number of big flights of stairs, which we found to be fine for us heading out and coming back but was hard with luggage. There was a problem with the boiler (lacking heating/hot water) but the customer service and support we received where brilliant, someone came and fixed it within the hour. Unbelievable location, central and wonderful though very loud at night. A really wonderful apartment to stay in while visiting Florence.

Apartment was clean and spacious. No front desk and had to walk up 6 flight of stairs. Awful with luggage and if in a hurry. Loud at night due to central location to plaza. Difficult check in if cell didn’t have WiFi. Mamo should have ringer at door for immediate assistance. Extended stay until 1 PM for 25 euros a plus. Listing said AC but when we got there, Mamo said not able to use until April 15. Some inaccuracies which could deter people. Location and apartment were amazing though.

The only good thing was the location. It’s nearby everything. That was nice. BUT it’s difficult to find the main building. Online communication isn’t so good. We had a problem flushing the toilet. It wasn’t working. They told us that they will send an operator to fix the problem. But it didn’t happen. It was so uncomfortable. And it was extremely noisy. We could hear the neighbors (especially early in the morning around 5 a.m.) and the noise from the street. Florence is so beautiful but I will think about staying there.

Great location with all the amenities you could want for a short term stay. That said there are a few items that travelers should be aware of. Master bedroom is incredibly loud from street noise, was forced to sleep with ear plugs as it didn't quiet down until 4am most nights. The TV never worked so if you're expecting to watch a soccer match, look elsewhere. The thermostat was locked and not adjustable, while this was not a problem as we could open windows, mid summer this could be a problem. All in all as long as you're aware of these drawbacks the location and size is great but I wouldn't stay there again just due to the incredible noise and paper thin windows overlooking a busy street.

The property is well located nearby every part of the city close to museums, stores and restaurants. Be aware that you have to take 70 staircases to get to the apartment. If you are traveling with elderly people or lot of luggage this place won’t be convenient since there is no elevator and the staircases are uneven. Also, please include shampoo & shower gel.

Location was the best. Short walks to entire city. Steps not fun. Apt Ronald is older and I think it is cleaned as good as it can get. If you are clean freak it’s not for you. Needed to buy a bar of soap. No toiletries. I would return.

Worst accommodation experience I’ve had in Italy. You can only get into this property by phone call. Unfortunately, my phone would not work. Had to wait outside until someone came outside and allowed us to enter. Emails to property management did not receive courtesy of reply. Bathroom tiles and floor have visible mildew/mold. Entire bathroom needs refurbishment.

La propiedad es linda, con una arquitectura espectacular. La ubicación es inmejorable, en el centro de Florencia a pasos de las principales atracciones de la ciudad. Lo único es que no tiene ascensor y hay que subir 5 niveles de gradas.
