Completely renovated 100sqm apartment (1st floor/USA 2nd, 20 steps) for 8 total places, with 3 double bedrooms, living room with double sofa bed, large kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bathrooms with shower (one with hydro-massage), terrace and balcony. Free wi-fi ultrafibra, independent heating, AC and TV in all rooms. Cot and high chair on request. Rooms with own keys for privacy and security. Bath / bed linen provided, shampoo and toilet paper. Paid parking on request for first auto, second auto 10euro/day. We don't host minors without parents/relatives. At check-in documents of all guests will be asked (as for law), destination fee and address for invoice.

We had a wonderful stay and Antonella was an amazing and accommodating host. Property was clean and exactly what we were looking for for our party of 7. We loved the location! Near everything we needed quickly (small markets, a cafe, gelato, and restaurants) and just a quick walk to 2 tram stations although it was close enough that we usually skipped them and walked to city central during the day.

Convenient location, responsive host

Nice apartment with a balcony and a convenient kitchen. The host was helpful and responsive. The description of the apartment is accurate, please just remember that the tourist tax is not included in the listing price and you’ll be required to pay it in cash upon arrival.

Great Florence Apartment

The apartment was a great place to stay and explore Florence!! The property was very clean and Antonella was great!!! She gave us wonderful suggestions on places to eat and explore in Florence. We were there during a heat wave for Florence and the air conditioning worked GREAT throughout the apartment!! I definitely recommend this property. I know we will look Antonella’s property up again when we visit.

L'appartement correspond très bien à la description de l'annonce. Très bon confort, climatisation très appréciée après les visites de la ville en ces journées de forte chaleur! Le centre ville, la gare, les commerces et les transports urbains sont à proximité. Tout peut se faire aussi à pied! Très bon accueil d'Antonella!
