Whilst the property itself was very clean and modern the bed in the main bedroom was broken with missing slats underneath and even one fell out during the night. the result was the mattress falling through part of the bed so that it was too uncomfortable to sleep in. We contacted the hotel the following day who asked us to send pictures which we did. They advised they would contact their handyman but we heard nothing more and so had to endure two more nights which ended up with me sleeping on the sofa! Overall we were disappointed with this aspect of the property and the fact that it was not rectified during our stay.

In general, it was ok, but I won't be back. It is not clear that to get to the apartment you have to go through many stairs with your bags (it dont have elevator). There were many spaider webs, including in the ceiling above the bed. In the restroom, it did not had none support to put the soap or shampoo, so we had to put this in the ground. The toilete paper that they left for us was not enough and we had to bought it. Last but not least, the communication was terrible, instructions for checkin were not clear and take too long for answer. About 15 minutes before our time to check-out, the cleaning staff was on the door asking for us to leave.

It was a great experience staying at Nerli Prestige. Not far from all the main activities in Florence and a fully functional appartment to enjoy longer stays. Greatly recommended.

L'appartamento, situato in una zona tranquilla di Firenze, è grande e ristrutturato da poco, dotato di tutti i comfort. La zona, dall'altra parte dell'Arno rispetto al centro storico, è silenziosa ma comunque piena di locali dove mangiare e bere. In generale è stata un'ottima esperienza
