Agradezco la gentileza de la persona que alquila que estuvo atenta a que llegaramos correctamente al dpto? Respondiendo a la brevedad. Por otro lado hay un sistema de la basura a tener en cuenta al momento de dejar el alojamiento.

Limite de l'escroquerie

Nous sommes à la limite de l'escroquerie !!! Je réserve pour une chambre design dans les beaux quartiers de Florence... J'appelle pour confirmer la réservation 2 jours avant comme demandé par le site. La personne parle très mal anglais et ne fait aucun effort... Elle me répond de laissez un message écrit, ce que je fais, pas de réponse... Arrivé a Florence la personne me dit que je suis dans un autre endroit... Que j'aurais dû confirmer avant de venir... Donc je me retrouve à traverser Florence avec mes bagages, pour me retrouver dans un quartier bruyant, excentré du centre, la chambre est sombre car un échafaudage empêche de voir le soleil... J'ai des soucis de prostate et je dois descendre un étage pour aller aux toilettes... J'appelle hôtel.com qui me dit que je dois prouver que l'on ne m'a rien envoyé pour la confirmation !!! Comment je fais pour prouver cela!?!? Bref on a dû rester car aucun moyen de repli, aucun autre endroit où aller ...
