Huoneisto sijaitsee Oltrarnon alueella vastapäätä Porta di San Fredianoa.
Oltrarno, joka tunnetaan myös nimellä "Diladdarno", sijaitsee Arno-joen vasemmalla puolella ja on osa Firenzen historiallista keskustaa. Se sisältää kuuluisia kaupunginosia, kuten Santo Spirito ja San Frediano.

Kaikki huoneet ovat ilmastoituja. Ilmainen langaton internetyhteys on kaikkialla!
Huoneistoon pääsee helposti autolla, koska aivan ZTL-kameran (rajoitetun liikennealueen) ulkopuolella, julkisilla liikennevälineillä (voit ottaa vain yhden bussin) tai jalka 10-15 minuutin päässä Santa Maria Novellan keskusasemalta.
Ponte Vecchio on noin 15 minuutin kävelymatka jokea pitkin. "Soderini" -pysäkiltä, viiden minuutin kävelymatkan päässä, voit bussilla päästä Piazzale Michelangelolle, joka on yksi kaupungin parhaista turistinähtävyyksistä.
Turistivero maksetaan käteisellä saavuttaessa. Sen määrä riippuu vieraiden iästä ja oleskelun kestosta.

Andrea was a warm and welcoming host. He provided a great deal of information to us prior to arrival. His information booklet was a terrific help. We loved the neighbourhood. The coffee shop (Manly's) right outside the apartment has a perfect espresso, while just down the street is a slew of delicious places to eat, or get your hair done, or have gelato, or buy some groceries. Enjoy your stay as this area has all you will need. It is very safe to wander at night.

We travelled through 3 countries and 5 cities staying in various accommodations. This home was the best place we stayed in by far. It is beautifully decorated and more impressive in person than the photos. Stayed with friends and we all said “wow” when we walked through it. It is a great size with 4 good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms.Andrea thought of everything one could wish for as a home away from home. Sibilla was wonderful and both were prompt with their communication. Location is a short walk from busy Florence & train station.The price is so affordable and can’t be beat. Nice to stay a bit from the crowds. Very walkable location.Several restaurants/cafes were on the same street as well which was convenient. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone coming to Florence.

I can't say enough good things about our stay; the apartment was just what we hoped it would be. Our host had everything ready for us when we arrived and a binder full of information about the area and the apartment. We had a party of 6 adults and stayed for 11 days in May 2025. It was the perfect location! There was a bakery across the street, a grocery store around the corner, a bus station close by, and a gelato shop we would stop for a snack on our way back to the apartment every afternoon. It is on the 3rd floor, and the stairs were manageable even after being on our feet all day sightseeing. So many wonderful restaurants in close proximity for walking that we ate at most of them twice for dinners during our stay. We did not have a car for this trip and used public transportation the entire stay. The bus routes were easily learned and very economical. We were able to plan side trips out of the city thanks to the proximity to the main train station. The apartment was spacious, clean, had a washer and dryer, and the a/c worked beautifully for cooling off. We all agreed that if we ever returned to Florence, we would book again for all the amenities. Thank you, Andrea for a fantastic vacation in Florence Italy!

Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Andrea is very personable and responsive and clear with communication. The check-in and checkout processes are simple and efficient. My group loved the location. It’s an easy and direct 15-20 min walk to city center but there are many bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment as well. There is a coffee maker in the apartment, but we chose to visit the coffee shop right next door each morning due to the friendly staff and good coffee. Highly recommend this apartment and if I return to Florence this is where I’d want to stay.

Fabulous host and property manager. Communicated swiftly and allowed us to check in and check out our luggage outside of stated times which was great! The apartment is situated south of the river in oltrano, a far less touristy part of Florence but full of vibrant bars and restaurants and small shops. Plenty of places to eat locally alongside many Italians who eat there too! Only a 15 minute walk from the train station and 20 minutes to ponte vecchio. Would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im schönen Appartement von Andrea. Es war alles da, was man braucht und Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet. Die Nähe zum Zentrum ist prima, Busverbindungen ergänzen das, der Supermarkt in 3 Minuten Entfernung deckt alle Bedürfnisse ab und im Café am Arno, direkt am Torre San Frediano, lässt es sich prima verweilen. Florenz ist wunderbar.Grazie Mille!!!!

His accomdations was amazing! His home was beautiful and the photos don't do it justice. The neighborhood was wonderul, plenty of places to eat and walkable to the train station to travel locally and to different regions. I will definitely stay here again and i will be back to explore more of Florence. I recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Italy.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Andreas Appartement genossen. Die Wohnung entspricht dem Inserat, ist sehr geräumig für uns 5 gewesen und die Lage ist super (sehr schönes Viertel.)Der Check in mit Sibilla war sehr gut und die gesamte Kommunikation mit Andrea ebenfalls sehr nett. Wir können die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Beautiful spacious well equipped flat

Excellent stay, close to everything with every needed amenity. Extremely spacious with more than enough room for our large group of 5. Well decorated, two large bathrooms, washer and dryer. We appreciated the coffee and house book. Highly recommend!!

Florence Without the Fuss

There are many pleasant surprises in this quiet neighborhood and the bus connections are excellent in case the short walks to attractions don’t work for some in your party. Old guys, we found everything we came to see in a Florence within a half hour walk. Our taxi driver from the airport spoke with affection for this quarter, and we could see, even in winter, the appeal. These are very large bedrooms by European standards and the place is clean and orderly. It feels spacious.

Great Apartment

The apartment was exactly as described. We were met by Sibilla who was lovely and showed us everything. The apartment is across the river but we liked that it was away from the crowds. Andrea and Sibilla are very responsive and very accommodating. Would not hesitate to recommend this the place and if we went back to Florence would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay....

We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful apartment. The location was perfect - we were surrounded by fantastic dining options and could easily walk to all the major tourist attractions. The apartment itself was immaculate and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. But the highlight was definitely the host. Their communication was excellent throughout our stay, and they were incredibly helpful in making sure we had a memorable holiday. We couldn't be happier with our experience

Florence trip

We booked this apartment for a week-end in Florence to celebrate my birthday. The apartment was simply amazing ! We had a very warm and fast welcome with a good explanation of the functioning of everything. We had absolutely no problems concerning anything, the beds were comfy, the apartment was very spacious, well located and the check out time was flexible. It was simply perfect, I 100% recommend it.
