Room was eh. Wasn't well cleaned. Ran out of toilet paper and no front office staff, so no one to contact, unless you want to sit on WhatsApp trying to get TP.
They had lockers for luggage drop off, but they empty nightly at 8pm, and several were broken. Couldn't get early check in to drop off luggage, so had to cab back mid tours to get luggage into the rooms.
Had two rooms, and they gave us the wrong room number on one, so was dealing with customer service on WhatsApp and that was extremely time consuming as I had someone trying to tell me that I don't know how to enter a code, yet they gave me the wrong room number!
They said they told me the right one, and I sent screen shots. No response except for let us know if you need anything lip service and ignoring the inconvenience.
No elevator, so this error on their part is discovered after hauling all heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. Wasted so much time trying to get this resolved. Ended up dumping luggage in 2nd room until we could get this sorted, as we had dinner reservations. So much hassle. Location was ok. Room was a bit dirty. It was a bit hot at night, (I know, AC not standard,) so noisy (I had earplugs) when windows were opened and mosquitos came in and got all bitten up. Would not rebook.
