Perfectly located this hotel offers alot for the price- great concierge assistance, the front desk could not have been more helpful, morning breakfast was well done (pressed cloth napkins, fresh squeezed orange juice), the room itself was spacious, living area and separate bedroom, great closet, the bathroom beautifully appointed, contemporary, clean, and comfortable. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This was really great stay. Both location right next to the Ponte Vecchio bridge as well as quiet. The staff was so special as they helped us with a personal touch. Room was amazing with the suite. Will definitely stay here again.

"Loved everything about this hotel. Modern where it counts (AC, Wi-Fi, great shower). The vibe was relaxed but classy. Staff was warm, not overbearing. You're close to everything, but it still feels like a quiet escape. Staff was sharp, fluent, and genuinely helpful.
