Be aware and never book

I arrived in this place 31 of December but they told me that that there is no any hotel on this address and they don’t rent anything. After they told that they rent rooms but they don’t work with hotels.com and there is no any reservation for my name and they don’t have any free room and this website tricked me. Also they mentioned that they were waiting for a group for 3 days. I think that they just prefer to get more money for several day and several people and they can easily ignore lonely traveler with booking for one night without any notice. Be aware and never book a room there or you will sleep in the street.

NUNCA RESERVEM...VÃO PERDER DINHEIRO.

PÉSSIMO! NUNCA RESERVEM AQUI! Eles enganam as pessoas! Chegamos em Florença e não tinha ninguem no local...liguei e eles disseram q não tinha reserva...e estávamos com a reserva em mãos! Eles apenas disseram para entrar em contato com p Hoteis.com. UM ABSURDO!! Tive de pagar um hotel bem mais caro.

Mala calificación porque no me respetaron la reserva, no es un hotel, es una vecindad con una muy mala imagen, nadie te recibe. Tuvimos que llamar muchas veces antes de que la dueña nos contestara el teléfono. Horrible!!
