A true gem in Florence!

When I made my reservation, I had no idea how awesome this hotel was going to be: room with a balcony and river view; the host was incredibly nice; open (yes, open) bar every day from 5-7 pm at no charge; greatly decorated (a paradise for maximalists), and just a few minutes walking from all the points of interest in Florence. If I ever go back to this wonderful city, this is the place I'm staying over and over.

Dream stay

We booked last-minute after a bad experience elsewhere, and we immediately felt so welcome! We turned up unnannounced just 45 minutes after booking, but the room was ready, we had a welcome drink, amd soaked in the style of the place. The service by Adriana absolutely made the stay - she couldn't have done more for us. Location was excellent, access easy and the onsite pooch was incredibly friendly.

It was the perfect place to stay for a few days around Florence!! Very conveniently located, walking distance from all the sights. Francesco and his staff made everyone feel at home and so very welcome. The room was decorated beautifully and looked out on the Arno River, the bed was extremely comfortable, and there were plenty of towels and a nice refrigerator in the room, delicious coffees and tea’s with real China….they thought of everything!
