Apparemment propre, avec un parking privé très appréciable. Hôte très réactive, qui nous a donné tous les renseignements demandés. Tout le nécessaire est à disposition. L'immeuble est un peu vieillot et assez mal insonorisé des bruits de la rue, mais l'emplacement est pratique pour se rendre directement au centre de Florence ( arrêt de bus tout proche).

L'appartement est propre et les pièces sont spacieuses. La climatisation dans les chambres était plus qu'appreciable. Le parking privé était parfait pour nous qui sommes venus en voiture. Nous avons pu prendre le bus et le tram pour nous déplacer dans le centre de Florence ensuite. Gros point noir : le bruit de la rue et de l'immeuble globalement. Boules quiès obligatoires pour bien dormir !
