Villa Neroli exceeded our expectations. The service and cleanliness were superb. We had a very early morning flight from Florence. The hotel packed us breakfast to go at 6:00 AM which was greatly appreciated. I have never seen other hotels do that. Very satisfied and this will be our first choice to stay if we ever visit Florence again.

The only challenge was the allergic reaction to the concentration of soap used in the bedding making sleep for two nights challenging. No compensation was offered was a disappointment. Would still stay there on future visits to Florence.

Villa Neroli is beautiful! We traveled with our 10 month old and the room was super big for her to crawl around. The breakfast was excellent, with a lot of options to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for dinner and even phoned to make us a reservation. A great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Florence city center, but still close enough for you to get into see the major attractions! Can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I think the property was very beautiful, calm and relaxing. I do think they mislead you on how far things are from the hotel. Expect atleast 20/25 minutes by taxi. I would recommend this hotel again, but I think you just have to be mindful that things are further than what they have listed in terms of distance. This might be a better option for those who have a car especially since you can park for free. I think since we stayed for a shorter time, I would have wanted something closer to the city area. I still think the hotel and staff was pleasant.

Great place would stay again

The grounds and rooms were clean and inviting, they have outdoor space to sit outside in shade and sun. The pool looked amazing but unfortunately it was cold and raining. The bus stop is about 4 blocks away which will take you right to the train station and downtown. (bus 17) validate your ticket on the bus there is a machine. There are some restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast at hotel was great lots of options. Dinner menu for me was not my type of food. Very upscale options and sometimes I just wanted something simple. Staff was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.
